Overnights: Limited affordable space is available at Sirius both Friday and Saturday evenings. Call Sirius Guest Relations at 413 259 1251, 9am to 1pm to reserve in advance. Please call in advance. They offer dorm rooms (shared) and tenting (can be indoors) and includes breakfast. Call for rates and tell them you are with this conference. Amherst and Hadley, Massachusetts about fifteen minutes away have numerous hotels in the area. Often there are people in the Hearthstone Village that surrounds Sirius who will take in overnight guests for a fee too (last year's prices/ $65 -$55). Ask about this. And during the conference we make time for women to connect with willing participants with those who need floor space accommodations in homes. For this you must bring your own bedding and be willing to take a chance.

Meals: Vegetarian lunch and dinner are included in your registration fee. Please note on your registration fee if you are vegan, eat a non-dairy diet or have a serious allergy. We may not be able to accommodate strict diets and ask that you care for your needs in this way as you know best.

Childcare: Due to lack of space at Sirius no childcare is provided. Girls are welcome to join us at your own discretion of their age appropriateness. Babies have been with us when mothers choose to bring them. The energy can be quite a lot however even for us!

Young Women: In honor of our young women we offer a special conference rate of $75 for the day from ages 11 to 20. Please write their names and ages on the registration form when you register along with their class choices.

Clothing and Dressing in RED: Dress comfortably for the day. If you can wear a skirt or shirt that can access your belly please do. There is no nudity at the conference but bare bellies are welcome all day. Sarongs can be useful if you decide to paint your belly. Also, we strongly invite and encourage women to wear red this day (at least some) as it is a sight to behold the red women in unity of our having bled together at one time or another in our lives.

Transportation: You are responsible for transportation. There are trains and buses that come into Amherst, Ma. Shutesbury is a hilltown about 13 miles away. I would say taxi would be your only possibility unless some women coming would be open to picking you up on route.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be made until February 27, 2010 when a registration is cancelled. Partial refunds will be given up until March 5, 2010 keeping a fee of $25 from the registration fee. No refunds will be made after March 6, 2010.

Discounted Registrations: For several years now the admission for the conference is $150. Because of women's present economical concerns in a limited time zone we are offering discounts for the conference if you register now. Payments must be made however on the day you actually register to receive the postmarked discount. In order to receive this please do not register and pay later or the next price tier will be applied to your registration past the deadline. It is time for our eleventh Women’s Belly and Womb Conference! The women are waiting. The teachers are ready. We are ready to begin. If women would be so kind as to get the word out through your circles and friends that would be great and ultimately your efforts here is how the word will get out.
